Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at MIDAS Specialist Recruitment. As a leading Consultancy, we deliver exceptional service to clients, focusing on quality, integrity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake full Building Surveying Services, including Survey and Report writing for Professional Building Surveying Services.
  • Carry out both Professional and Project-based work, including line management of staff and delivering Project Work.
  • Manage and grow Key Client Accounts, contributing to the Training Academy to support junior members of staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Surveying / Quantity Surveying.
  • Project Management Qualified (APM affiliation / Prince 2).
  • Good pre and post-contract experience, knowledge of JCT contracts, and experience as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK as needed.
