About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at SRG, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative AI and ML solutions for biomarker discovery, drug response prediction, and clinical decision-making support.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in AI/ML technologies to enhance cancer patient outcomes and contribute to the creation of a single test predictive of a patient's response to various therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced ML methodologies to analyze complex LC-MS/MS-derived datasets
  • Collaborate closely with wet lab and bioinformatics teams to establish a new precision medicine approach
  • Apply various ML approaches to complex molecular and clinical data for biomarker discovery
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in regulated environments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep-Learning (DL) methods
  • Expertise in Bayesian statistical methods and bioinformatics pipelines for proteomics data analysis
  • Proficiency in R, Python, or C++ programming languages
  • Experience in source control and software lifecycle management
  • Strong track record in structured problem-solving within interdisciplinary settings
