We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead the development of innovative AI and ML solutions for biomarker discovery, drug response prediction, and clinical decision-making support.
This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI/ML technologies to enhance cancer patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in traditional statistical methods and expert knowledge of ML methodologies to analyze complex LC-MS/MS-derived datasets.
Key responsibilities include applying various ML approaches to complex molecular and clinical data for biomarker discovery, as well as proficiency in a cloud platform like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
We are looking for individuals with expertise in Bayesian statistical methods, bioinformatics pipelines for proteomics data analysis, and experience in regulated environments.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have a PhD or equivalent experience in these fields and be fluent in R, Python, or C++.
