We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leachate Treatment Plant Manager to join our team at FCC Environment. As a Leachate Treatment Plant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Leachate Treatment Plant.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the Leachate Treatment Plant operates in accordance with all Health and Safety requirements, including regulatory compliance and environmental best practices.
- Oversee the processing of waste streams entering the plant, ensuring they are handled in accordance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Take responsibility for the management and process control of the Leachate Treatment Plant, including equipment maintenance and repair.
- Implement and maintain a Site Management System to ensure efficient and effective plant operations.
- Conduct regular sampling and testing of plant processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to specify and procure new equipment and infrastructure to support leachate management.
- Project manage leachate-related infrastructure works to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the waste management or environmental treatment industry.
- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, environmental best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive process improvements.
