Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Fitter Supervisor to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of plant equipment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of plant fitters and other site personnel
  • Ensure all plant equipment is properly maintained and operated in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement safety protocols
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement site-specific safety plans
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and regulations
