The compensation is £83 per day (£110 p/d OTE) along with Samsung employee discounts. The role requires a commitment of 14.5 hours per week, primarily on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Brand Advocate for CPM, you will be an integral part of the Samsung Field Sales Team, serving as the product expert for Samsung Home Appliances.
Your role will involve collaborating with the in-store sales team to enhance sales and promote brand loyalty for Samsung, ensuring that Samsung remains top-of-mind for customers.
You will actively build relationships with store personnel, increasing product knowledge and brand visibility among your retail colleagues.
Our Brand Advocates engage with customers, delivering a memorable and exceptional customer experience.
You will ask insightful questions and listen attentively to fully understand customer needs, recommending suitable Samsung products to fulfill those needs.
You would excel in this Brand Advocate position if you:
