Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Collab Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product listings across multiple online platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain product availability.
  • Enhance product descriptions and imagery to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital advertising campaigns.
  • Use Google Analytics to track website performance and customer behavior.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Project management skills, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Experience working with data from web analytics platforms.
  • SEO mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise in e-commerce, email delivery, and Google Analytics software.
