About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper (Facilities) to join our team at Anchor. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our residential care homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the care home, including resident rooms, communal spaces, and facilities.
  • Conduct regular cleaning schedules, including daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks.
  • Maintain the upkeep of facilities, including equipment and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities manager.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role, preferably in a care home or similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
