Requirements
  • Previous leadership and management experience in the social care sector, particularly in mental health and/or learning disability.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, including those with mental health diagnoses, learning disabilities, or autism.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and clinical governance, with the ability to implement and maintain these standards.
  • Ability to work towards and meet service targets and objectives, while also driving business growth and development.
