Automotive Service Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your management career with the UK's leading automotive service, maintenance, and repair business? We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive business performance, customer satisfaction, and team success.
About the Role:
- Work closely with the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Divide your time between the workshop, working alongside technicians, and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase sales, and enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £26,780 to £32,000 per annum.
- An average uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year, with potential for higher earnings.
- A 5-day working week, with Sundays off.

- A range of benefits, including 5.6 weeks' annual leave, discounts on garage bills and Halfords products, and access to a cycle-to-work scheme.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Technical or mechanical ability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
