We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Office Administrator to join our team at Get Recruited (UK) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to the Directors, the Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the office and operational tasks.
- Working closely with the Customer Service team to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery of projects.
- Reviewing and verifying customer orders, ensuring accuracy and agreed project delivery timescales.
- Implementing changes to improve system usage and the quality of orders through the ERP system.
- Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, production, and finance.
- Reviewing and implementing new ways of working to improve office and operational processes.
- Acting as the main point of contact for IT/Software issues and reporting to external providers to resolve issues.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, including conducting regular checks and risk assessments.
- Organising and overseeing office maintenance and routine maintenance visits.
- Proven experience as a Senior Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role in an office-based environment.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a good level of general confidence around learning new systems.
- Experience of implementing new processes and systems to improve business productivity.
