Job Summary:

Brandon James is seeking a highly skilled CDM Advisor to join their team in a construction consultancy role. As a CDM Advisor, you will provide expert advice on Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 to clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct design risk assessments and assist in the preparation of pre-construction information (PCI) and construction phase plans (CPP)
  • Work closely with design teams to ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health and safety standards
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure projects are fully compliant with the latest health and safety legislation
  • Provide comprehensive advice on CDM regulations and promote safe working practices

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of CDM 2015 regulations
  • Previous experience in a CDM Advisor or related health and safety role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Membership of APS or IOSH is highly desirable
  • Experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety and risk management
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
