CDM Advisor Opportunity

A leading construction consultancy in the North East is seeking a skilled CDM Advisor to join their team in Durham. As a CDM Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and health and safety standards across various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies
  • Provide expert advice on CDM regulations and best practices
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations
  • Previous experience in a CDM Advisor or related health and safety role
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Membership of APS or IOSH is highly desirable
