Job Title: Communications Manager

Radius is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media strategies that drive high-quality leads and achieve a strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies that focus on generating high-quality leads and achieving a strong ROI.
  • Manage our budget allocation across various platforms, including Google, Microsoft, Meta, and more.
  • Work closely with our CRO & UX teams to optimise landing pages, ad creatives, and CTAs to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record in lead generation and ROI optimization.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, MS Ad.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
