Xpertise is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support our FTSE100 client during a significant transformation phase. This role is crucial as the organization embarks on a large-scale technology overhaul, and we are looking for candidates with relevant experience in similar initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership across multiple domains, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Establish and oversee processes and governance related to enterprise architecture.
  • Offer enterprise architecture expertise to both business and technical teams.
  • Ensure that technology solutions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with fellow architects to ensure solutions are in line with the strategic direction.
  • Ensure that enterprise architecture activities are consistent with established standards and roadmaps, balancing quality, cost, and timelines.
  • Identify and communicate potential opportunities for IT enhancements.
  • Advocate for and support agreed-upon architecture methodologies and tools.
  • Conduct technical assessments and generate metrics to foster improvements.
  • Support strategic supplier relationships that involve architectural decision-making.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in steering complex enterprise architecture initiatives across various business domains and technology sectors.
  • Experience working within established architectural frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
  • Ability to navigate and resolve intricate enterprise architectural challenges while managing both IT and business transformations.
  • Strong grasp of contemporary architectural and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with diverse architecture and application deployment models (including microservices, event-driven, SOA, etc.).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the capability to lead and influence in diverse scenarios.
