About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Executive to join our team at 3Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contract Retention and Renewal: Maintain retention of existing profitable service contracts and support the service coordinator in the renewal process to ensure seamless customer experience.
  2. New Business Development: Secure profitable new service contracts from identified targets within the defined sales area, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth.
  3. Service Product Promotion: Promote and sell the complete range of service products to customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our services.
  4. Customer Engagement: Review savings made by our customers, potential downtime avoided, and the benefits of the service contract to build strong relationships and drive customer loyalty.
  5. Record Keeping and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, negotiations, and activity in CRM, as well as provide updated forecasts to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Field Sales Experience: Previous experience in a field sales role in a fast-paced customer service environment, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Technical Service Understanding: Understanding of how a technical service department operates, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
