About the Role: Senior Payroll Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic Shared Service Centre. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse workforce.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data entry, calculation, and reporting, using ResourceLink and Workday systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all payroll inquiries, providing prompt and professional support to employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the payroll function.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing complex payroll processes.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using payroll software systems, such as ResourceLink and Workday.
