About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Credit Controller to join our team at TrustFord. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of debts and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Chase and retrieve debts as they become due for payment and pursue overdue accounts.
- Support colleagues in managing all aspects of credit control and vehicle financial affairs.
- Work to the highest standards of ethics in all financial dealings.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure all debts are retrieved in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role, working on-site and from home. The first three months will be worked from the office full-time, and then you will move to hybrid working from month four.
