Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee the construction of our developments across Surrey and surrounding areas. As a key member of our Construction team, you will be responsible for creating build programs, managing site progress, and ensuring that our company's quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage build programs for multiple sites
  • Oversee site progress and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Collaborate with Site Managers to ensure efficient execution of works
  • Work closely with the Commercial team, Technical department, CRL Plant Services, and Sales & Marketing to achieve project goals
  • Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and the NHBC

Requirements

  • Relevant construction, trade, or professional qualification (e.g., HNC/HND in building, construction-related degree, NHBC Accreditation program)
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in traditional residential construction (e.g., apartments and/or housing)
  • Tactful, influential, and able to motivate teams to achieve critical deadlines
  • Valid UK driver's license and comfortable working in both office and on-site environments
