Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Flagship Consulting. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and leisure.
- Collaborate with experienced Chartered professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to work towards APC and become Chartered.
