About the Role

Huntress is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our People and Wellbeing function.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the operation and direction of the HR function, driving strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  2. Develop and implement HR strategies to improve business outcomes, focusing on talent management, engagement, and wellbeing.
  3. Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement projects that drive business growth and improvement.
  5. Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing HR strategies.

Requirements

CIPD qualified with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for driving business outcomes through people.

Professional Services/Legal experience is desirable but not essential.
