### Job Overview

Network IT is currently recruiting for a Technology Regulation / Assurance Specialist to join a financial services client on a 12-month contract.

### Key Responsibilities

* Ensure adherence and compliance with regulations (such as PRA) within a newly formed team
* Implement a regulation register toolset to plan, monitor, and eliminate risks for non-compliance
* Set up an assurance plan for IT, amidst a large amount of IT transformation and modernisation

### Requirements

* Background in financial services (global or international banking preferably) in regulatory compliance / controls / assurance / audit
* Strong knowledge of PRA requirements for Third Party Risk Management, outsourcing, operational resilience, continuity
* Background in IT Regulatory controls, compliance, and assurance
* Horizon Scanning / 1st and 2nd line of defence reviews
* Strong knowledge of Assurance Planning for IT and technology projects specifically
* Knowledge of toolsets that could support the implementation of a regulation register (e.g. ServiceNow)

### Nice to Have

* Programme Management or leadership experience
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders
