About the Role

Grafton Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Content Creator and Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content and analysis that promotes our consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and write reports based on market research statistics, utilizing a storytelling approach to convey complex data insights.
  • Review, edit, and proof content to ensure brand guidelines are met, accuracy, and consistency of all text and imagery.
  • Write compelling content for our blogs, focusing on the latest trends in the FMCG industry and our consumer insights reports.
  • Contribute to article writing for our PR connections, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  • Participate in and present online webinars, effectively communicating our market insights to a wider audience.
  • Present at events in the UK and overseas to promote our consumer insights, highlighting our company's expertise.
  • Help generate content for our social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.
  • Determine report ideas and titles, utilizing your analytical skills to identify market trends.
  • Contribute to report layouts and visuals, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation.
  • Monitor organic and paid social media campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and providing insights for improvement.
About You
  • Experience in creative writing and/or content writing, with a portfolio that showcases your skills.
  • Interest in nutrition and personal care, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Previous experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization.
  • Hold a degree-level or equivalent education, preferably in English Language, Literature, or another essay-based or creative writing degree.
  • Experience in social media content generation and channel management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience in using these tools to create engaging content and presentations.
  • Photoshop and InDesign knowledge is a plus, but not required.
