We are seeking a dedicated Conference & Events Manager to oversee our event operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of venue layouts, capacity planning, catering options, and audio-visual setups.
  • Welcome and assist event organizers from the beginning to the conclusion of their events.
  • Supervise all departmental activities to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage in conference and banqueting operations as necessary.
  • Lead banquet events in the absence of the department head.
