About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at Northwood, a leading manufacturer and supplier of paper hygiene and wiping products. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations.

The successful candidate will have a valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach license, with experience in operating a forklift/reach truck to load, unload, move, and rearrange stock. You will also be responsible for following all site safety rules, performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks, and achieving output targets through effective teamworking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift/reach truck to load, unload, move, and rearrange stock
  • Follow all site safety rules to maintain a safe working environment
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks
  • Achieve output targets through effective teamworking
  • Assist with stocktakes and provide the correct pallet types required for production orders

Requirements

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance and Reach license
  • Good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • A team player with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Duties involve regular repetitive light, medium, and heavy lifting
