About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Macstaff. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects to the highest standard and contributing to the overall success of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee external works on a project of approximately £15M.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage complex project information and planning.
  • Plan and manage the quality of workmanship of both direct employees and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Site Manager in the heritage/restoration sector.
  • Trade Apprenticeship and relevant certifications (SMSTS, First Aid).
  • Experience in groundworks and earthworks.
  • Ability to commute to the project site within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius.
