Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Urban Planning Professional to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. As a Graduate Town Planner, you will play a crucial role in assisting senior planners in developing and implementing comprehensive plans for urban development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse data and prepare reports for planning applications, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with GIS software and other planning tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment, with a passion for sustainable development and community planning.
