Position: Cluster Sales Manager

Overview:

This pivotal role as a Cluster Sales Manager encompasses the management of two prominent hotels situated in strategic locations. These establishments are part of a reputable hotel management organization and cater primarily to corporate clientele, boasting a total of 480 well-appointed rooms, alongside vibrant dining options and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales initiatives targeting local, national, and international markets to enhance hotel occupancy.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and travel agents.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the on-site sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and brand sales representatives.
  • Organize site visits and client engagement activities as necessary.
  • Generate and present sales activity reports as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Sales Executive is essential.
  • Familiarity with the London market is highly advantageous.
  • A strong track record in business development and account management is required.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive individuals will excel in this role.
  • Experience in people management and leadership is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must.

Compensation:

Competitive salary of approximately £42,000 per annum, complemented by performance-based bonuses and additional benefits.
