Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one and group support to young people, helping them to access their needs and develop care plans.
- Deliver a range of treatments and refer young people to specialist support services when needed.
- Engage with young people to provide them with the support, training, and education they need to navigate their challenges.
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to safeguard young people and their families.
- ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working with young people in a 1:1 or group setting.
- Experience of working with young people with substance misuse and mental health difficulties.
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
- Competitive salary.
