Senior Global Equity Investment Specialist – ESG/Sustainability

Job Overview

Mason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Equity Investment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ESG equity strategies that align with our firm's commitment to sustainable investing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for sustainable investment-related queries, both internally and externally
  • Represent the investment team at client and consultant meetings and pitches, effectively communicating our ESG equity strategies
  • Contribute to the strategic development of our team's capabilities, supporting product innovation and launches
  • Produce thought-leadership and market update pieces on thematic ESG topics, showcasing our expertise in sustainable investing
  • Lead on product messaging and positioning to ensure consistency across all marketing content
  • Create marketing materials and content to articulate the sustainable credentials of our strategies
  • Respond to client queries relating to ESG issues, providing timely and accurate information

Candidate Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in an investment specialist or other client-facing role
  • CFA qualification is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients
  • Genuine passion for sustainable investing and understanding of sustainability-related regulation
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a collegial environment
