As a Security Officer with Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers and colleagues. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a vigilant professional who is committed to upholding the highest standards of security and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions and ensure a secure environment for all.
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible and reassuring presence.
- Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents, using your skills and experience to resolve situations effectively.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of security and compliance.
- Complete detailed reports on incidents and observations, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- You must hold an up-to-date SIA Licence.
- Proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant position is essential.
- Strong observational and communication skills are required to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
- You should be able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively, using your knowledge and experience to resolve situations.
- Familiarity with basic security operations and procedures is necessary to perform the role effectively.
