About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Training Professional to join our team at Reed. As an ICT Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering customized training for IT projects implemented nationally by our ICT Delivery stream.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their training requirements and the technology to be implemented.
  • Design and develop bespoke technology-based training courses, including lesson plans, exercise workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, and support guides.
  • Schedule and deliver training to agreed user groups using classroom, one-to-one, coaching, remote training, and other approved training approaches.
  • Achieve and maintain training quality, design, and delivery standards for ICT.
  • Provide updates to the ICT Training Manager on progress, risks, issues, and successes.
  • Perform other activities that contribute to the successful delivery of ICT projects.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience/qualification in IT and Business Process Training.
  • Hold a current and valid nationally recognized teaching or training qualification.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in training design and delivery roles.
  • Experience of developing exceptional quality training materials for bespoke training courses.
  • Able to deliver training at all levels to groups with differing needs.
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard learning/training methodologies.
  • Experience of working in a project/programme environment as part of a delivery team.
  • Appropriate security clearance (mandatory).
