Quality Inspector Job Description

Pure Staff Ltd is seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team in Cheltenham, Gloucester. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect aerospace parts to drawing specifications using various measuring equipment.
  • Assist in labelling and packing to required specifications and checking delivery certificates and paperwork.
  • Support 1st off checks within the inspection department to aid the flow of work throughout the shop floor and grinding shop.
  • Work with the Quality team to deliver continual improvement across the department.
  • Produce inspection reports on items requiring First Article Inspection.
  • Raise internal and supplier rejects.
  • Escalate issues found to the correct party in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the aerospace sector is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
