Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and forward-thinking Digital Design Specialist to join our internal design team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on digital innovation, is passionate about user experience, and has a flair for striking the perfect balance between technical precision and creative impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop digital design briefs from various marketing channels, including digital display assets and web assets across multiple brands.
  • Drive digital design innovation within our in-house team, reporting to the Creative Design Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design, applying this knowledge to improve our digital presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on user experience and innovation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
