Meraki Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled Legal Contracts Officer to join their team in a leading Financial Services client in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements between the business and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure contracts are serviceable operationally and meet regulatory requirements.
- Providing expert advice on legal and regulatory frameworks to inform contractual arrangements.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a legal practice or in-house legal role.
- Strong experience drafting contracts and commercial agreements.
- Financial Services experience is preferable, but not essential.
