Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Delivery: Plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed learn-to-swim lessons to children aged 3-11 years.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member in and out of the water.
  • Facility Maintenance: Help maintain the facility to a high standard at all times by ensuring the centre is left clean and safe for all users and staff.
  • Personal Development: Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training, observation, and feedback on performance to ensure high standards of delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Be a positive role model for young people, encouraging them to reach their full swimming potential, and work collaboratively with the Swim Careers team to share best practices.
  • Operational Procedures: Abide by a code of conduct and carry out duties in accordance with all Swim Careers policies, including equal opportunities, safeguarding children, health and safety at work, and operational procedures.
