Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our thriving Residential Conveyancing team in Leamington Spa. As a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will provide administrative support to our experienced lawyers and contribute to the success of our busy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to lawyers in the department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient case management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and agents to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Issue draft contracts and submit AP1s to the Land Registry, handling requisitions and monitoring file organization from opening to closing.
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of basic legal documents and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious and organized individual with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
