About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Community Mental Health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Community Mental Health Support Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals with mental health and addiction issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and report on team performance metrics

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in mental health or related field, with Team or Operational Leadership accountabilities
  • Proven work experience and a thorough knowledge of the Mental Health/Social Services support systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
