Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our developments and drive sales.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance our brand image and reputation through various marketing channels.
- Marketing Communications: Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute marketing events, such as launches and promotions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and development teams to ensure effective marketing and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Marketing Experience: Minimum two years of marketing management experience in the new homes industry.
- Marketing Skills: Sound knowledge of marketing principles, including print, digital, and PR management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and market research skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads and work independently or as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
