Interim Head of Marketing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Marketing to join our team at Insight Select for a 9-12 month period.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within a legal context, experience managing and leading a team, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the company's culture, behaviours, and values.
  2. Manage the firm's digital footprint, ensuring a strong online presence.
  3. Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that drives results.
  4. Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and other online channels.
  5. Manage internal and external communications, including event management, PR, and publicity.
  6. Facilitate networking opportunities with key stakeholders.
Essential Skills
  1. Significant experience in marketing and business development roles within legal/professional services.
  2. Numerically and financially literate, comfortable working with metrics and budgets.
  3. Good understanding of digital marketing techniques.
  4. Leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and delegating.
  5. Excellent IT skills.
Package

£65,000 per annum
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
