We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our team in the Clinical Support and Imaging department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients in the emergency department and base medical wards.
Main DutiesKey responsibilities include:
- Assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions, including frail older adults, fractures, falls, and cognitive impairment.
- Liaising closely with the multidisciplinary team, patients, relatives, and carers to ensure effective communication and care.
- Working collaboratively with a supportive team of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participating in service development, audit, and research within the team to drive excellence and innovation.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with:
- BSc physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC registration.
- Varied clinical experience as a student or Band 5 Physiotherapist.
- Experience of working within a team and delegating work to support staff.
- Demonstrated commitment to our Trust values and evidence of non-verbal communication skills.
