Senior Fund Monitoring Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join our team in London. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the progress of various projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and tenders

Requirements:

  • MRICS accreditation and experience in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying
  • Strong understanding of the Monitoring role and a clear career drive to specialise in this domain
  • Relevant consultancy experience in London and the South East
