Job Title: Medical Value Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Value Writer to join our team at Lifelancer. As a Medical Value Writer, you will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive value dossiers and HTA submissions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write high-quality value dossiers and HTA submissions that effectively communicate commercial value to HTA agencies.
  • Conduct in-depth literature reviews and analysis of clinical, economic, and patient-reported outcomes data to support the product's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Health Economics and Outcomes Research specialists, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs, to gather relevant data and insights for HTA submissions.
  • Stay up-to-date with global HTA agency guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and strategic alignment with commercial objectives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, key opinion leaders, and HTA agency representatives, addressing inquiries, providing clarifications, and presenting compelling value propositions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical writing, preferably in developing HTA submissions, market access dossiers, or value propositions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device products.
  • Familiarity with global HTA processes, including NICE (UK), CADTH (Canada), HAS (France), IQWiG (Germany), AIFA (Italy), and PBAC (Australia).
  • Excellent medical writing and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex clinical and economic data into clear and concise language for various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in conducting literature reviews, data analysis, and interpretation of clinical and health economic evidence, with a focus on commercial viability.
