We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PE Teacher to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a PE Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to vulnerable pupils and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- To secure high-quality teaching and learning, effective use of resources, and improve standards of achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Headteacher.
- To teach a range of subjects as necessary to ensure the effective delivery of the school's curriculum, including off-site locations.
- To undertake other identified areas of responsibility as necessary to ensure effective delivery of the school's curriculum.
- To share the school's responsibility to support and promote the learning, personal development, and well-being of all students.
General Responsibilities:
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils and young people.
- Work in accordance with professional practice, statutory and legal requirements, and the policies of the school.
- Take on specific tasks related to the day-to-day administration and organization of the school.
- Take responsibility for specific areas of work, which will be reviewed annually and negotiated within the performance management cycle and school improvement process.
- Take on any additional responsibilities as determined.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
