SEN Teacher Position

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. As a SEN PE Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality PE lessons to students with complex special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach PE and Duke of Edinburgh award provision to students with SEN
- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive PE lessons
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum
- Provide support and guidance to students with SEN
Requirements:
- QTS or QTLS qualification and/or relevant experience
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
- Experience of working with students with SEMH and additional needs
- Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
