Fire Suppression Systems Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the installation of fire suppression systems across commercial and industrial projects in the North East of the UK. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects comply with current British Standards, delivering them efficiently and within budgetary constraints.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Managing both technical and financial elements of contracts
  • Conducting thorough site inspections
  • Overseeing material procurement and representing the organization at site meetings
  • Ensuring adherence to quality and Health & Safety regulations

The role involves monitoring the performance of site personnel and navigating a complex matrix environment, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation and Requirements:

  • Competitive salary range of £50k - £60k per annum, dependent on experience

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (Microsoft Project, CAD, Visio)
  • Familiarity with industry standards (BSEN 12845, BS9251:2014, BS9990:2015)
  • Experience in Wet and Dry Riser engineering
  • LPC certifications (preferred)
  • A valid UK driving licence
