About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Representative to join our team at Connells Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales generation by utilizing development, marketing materials, model homes, local resources, and developer relationships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for homebuyers from initial meeting through to home completion.
  • Build confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of our home products and homebuilding experience.
  • Identify the needs of potential homebuyers and match related solutions to generate buy-in.
Requirements
  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with a builder/developer or transferable Sales experience such as Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, Lettings Sales, Car Sales, or similar.
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
