Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with residents, understanding their interests and hobbies to create engaging activities.
  • Plan and deliver a range of activities, including arts and crafts, dance classes, and social events.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team, relatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents, adhering to our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the care team to create a monthly activity planner, promoting resident participation and engagement.
  • Document outcomes and resident feedback, using this information to inform future activity planning.
