Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer - Level 3

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Argus Powerbend. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes, utilizing the combined skills and knowledge of personnel from all departments.
  • Maintain the inputs to the core tool used in collating component prices for customer quotations.
  • Support Quality, Production, and Health and Safety teams by implementing robust, safe engineering solutions to overcome process issues.
  • Produce floor plans and work flow diagrams using AutoCAD.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HND level academic qualification in a mechanical / general engineering or manufacturing discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years working autonomously or as part of a team in a manufacturing/production/industrial engineering role within a low to medium semi-automated manufacturing environment.
  • CAD, Standardised Working, and Lean Manufacturing principles are essential.
