About the Role
At Tops Day Nurseries, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our nursery staff, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and exploration.
- Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for children.
